League and Level:

Northern Pacific Hockey League (NORPAC)
The Eugene Generals will be a part of the Northern Pacific Hockey League (NORPAC), which will consist of thirteen teams from Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. The teams are:

  • Missoula Maulers
  • Puget Sound Tomahawks
  • River City Jaguars

  • Tri-City Titans
  • Yellowstone Quake

Alumni from NOR-PAC Tier-III Junior A includes players currently rostered on University of Alaska Fairbanks (NCAA D-I), Cape Fear (SEHL), Spokane (WHL), and many other Junior A and Major Junior hockey teams.



United States Tier III Junior A Hockey (USA Hockey)
Tier-III Junior A hockey is an excellent environment that will prepare elite and motivated players to move on to college, higher levels of United States Junior A hockey or Major Junior hockey. The six Tier-III Junior A leagues are as follows: NORPAC, Central States Hockey League (CSHL), Minnesota Junior Hockey League (MNJHL), Western States Hockey League (WSHL), Atlantic Junior Hockey League (AJHL) and the Eastern Junior Hockey League (EJHL).


NORPAC is entering the second year of the Tier-III designation. The designation was granted prior to last season with a two year probationary period, and comes with three stipulations. Following the probationary period all newly appointed Tier-III Junior A leagues must meet the forthcoming performance criteria, leagues are not permitted expansion at any time in any form during the probationary period and a recertification process will occur for each season.
