Generals Veterans and Military Night This Saturday
Eugene, OR – The Eugene Generals (20-15) Veterans and Military Night will be held this Saturday at Lane Events Center-Ice at 7:35 PM. The night will include a special National Anthem performance by a member of the US Army, and a Color Guard presented by the Oregon Army National Guard. Any member of the military or veteran who presents their Military ID card at the ticket counter will be granted admittance for the student admission price of $5.00 (adult tickets normally $8.00).
The Generals will face the Fort Vancouver Pioneers for Veterans and Military Night, which will be the second game of their weekend series. The Generals are currently in third place in the NOR PAC Pacific Division with nine games left in the regular season, and are looking to get hot going into the playoffs. If the Generals do end up in third place it will be almost the exact same position they were in last season when they came within one game of winning the Cascade Cup Championship.
