Flint Doungchak, General Manager flint@eugenegenerals.com
With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, and Economics from the University of Oregon, Doungchak will handle general day to day operations of the franchise. Doungchak has coached at various competitive levels for the past twelve years in Lane County, is a Level 4 certified Coach, attended the United States Olympic Committee Training Seminar, serves as the instructor for the Oregon Coaching Education Program, and has served on the Board of Directors and as a trainer for the local referee association. Doungchak closely communicates with the high schools to facilitate the most effective learning environment for the players.

Chris Bilder is currently a senior at the University of Oregon. He is majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Marketing and a minor in Economics. Chris played youth hockey for Lane Amateur Hockey Association, and is currently the assistant coach for the Eugene Extreme women’s ice hockey team. Chris has been the Washougal MX Park national race contingency manager for the past six years.

Kellie Hays, Player Housing khays@eugenegenerals.com
Kellie has a bachelor's degree in Sociology from UC Davis and is employed as the Southern Oregon sales manager for Paychex. She holds a Level 3 coaching card and coaches the Eugene Junior Generals Special Hockey team for youth with developmental disabilities. Kellie is a member of the Eugene Xtreme women's hockey team, and periodically plays in Ice Center Hockey League. Kellie has been host parent for the Generals for the past two years. Kellie will help players find host families, facilitate schooling registration, and be a liaison between parents, players, and the Eugene Generals. This will be Kellie's second year as Player Housing Director

Bryon Richards is a recent graduate of the University of Oregon. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Marketing and a minor in Economics. Bryon was a four sport letter winner in high school (soccer, football, basketball, and track) in the small town of Boardman, OR. He will help with the marketing and public relations and will be the Director of Group Sales for the Generals.
