Our goal is to provide a highly competitive development environment to help hone the skills of every hockey player on our team. This includes not only the development of essential individual skills and tactics; team systems and communication skills, but also involves the enrichment of life skills that will be used both in the world of competitive hockey at the College and Professional level, but also in the development of a professional career.

From management to coaching, our hockey club is designed to develop a professional experience that meets the goals of USA Hockey. Those goals include: skills development, quality coaching, social maturity, educational advacement, recruting exposure, advanced competition, and protection of their amateur status.
